Impact

At the core of the many FRC awards, lies the Impact Award. It’s one of the most prestigious FIRST awards at any event, and it can sometimes mean the difference between qualifying for a higher level competition (ex. Worlds), or ending the season early. However, this award does not come without hard work, as our outreach and media teams work tirelessly in and out of the lab to ensure we maximize our impact within our area and upon the greater FIRST community. Although the Impact Award demands the help of every team member (across all subteams), the main members who contribute the most time towards impact are typically those who work with media, outreach, and our editors.
